Early Favorites in Round 1

Jordan Addison would be my one bang-the-table pick. The NFL today is about getting open and throwing a pass within ~2.5 seconds, and nobody separates better in 2 seconds than Addison. Pairing him with CeeDee would make MM's West Coast offense hum, and frankly, I think he is the one rookie who moves the needle on our 2023 Super Bowl odds.

When it's all said and done though, I'll bet he goes top 15. Biletnikoff winner, should have a huge Combine, plays a premium position, declared in a weak draft class... it all points to an early pick.

Addison is a stud. Davonta Smith like IMO.

You watched Zay Flowers yet, Dude is the definition of separation.

Zay Flowers - slightly undersized, but super twitched up and arguably the best separator in the class. Believe he can give you a good amount of snaps outside due his YAC ability and contested catch ability. (Believe Addison and Johnston won't be available).

Broderick Jones / Anton Harrison - might be a pipedream but maybe OT4 falls to us. Allows us to kick Tyler inside and fix 2 positions with 1 pick.

Witherspoon / Gonzalez / Cam Smith / Porter / Forbes - I don't know how we're going to rank the CBs but they're all studs. This class is LOADED and I'd be happy with whoever falls.

Nolan Smith - Parsons 2.0.

Will McDonald - I'm a bit more bullish on him than most, but dude had 20+ sacks the last 2 seasons while being asked to play base DE in a 3 man front. He's stronger than his size would indicate, has 34+ inch arms and is one of the few edges in the class that has that burst / bend combo. Think he'll be a big riser leading up to the draft.

Branch / Johnson - I'm not normally a fan of S's in the 1st round but both of these players can give you quality slot CBs reps so I think they bring some added value.

If Nolan Smith is really Parsons 2.0 than trade as many of our draft picks needed to move up and draft him.

He’s going to be a stud IMO. Different eval from Parsons bc GA rotates their players so much and he had an injury but I think he might be the 2nd best pass rusher.

I’d actually be shocked if he makes it to our pack.
