I think what he's asking, is that now, the Skins have to beat us, or they're done. If things had fallen a certain way, they could lose to us and still make the playoffs. Now they can't.

If KC loses, they are #1. If they win, Jacksonville picks #1 and KC is #2.

Eagles will pick either #3 if Oakland wins, or #4 if Oakland loses (based on Oakland having an easier SOS). Detroit has a tougher SOS than Philly, so they pick after them.
