Early Game Thread

I hate that Griffin is saddled with all this but not a tear for the Skins or their owner.

I am not all that sure that RG3 is all that. His whining and looking for excuses tells me otherwise.

You may be right about that but it's not fair for one guy to catch all the blame for Snyder's incompetence. Not a big Griffin fan just hate to see any player made a scapegoat esp with an owner like the Skins have.

wow. Luck all the way. He already has shown more in just under 2 seasons then Cam has in almost three

I agree. I also like Russell Wilson. He doesn't have the physical tools of the other QBs though. But I always liked his character and leadership. Even in college. I'd still be interested to see how he'd do on a bad team.

Bernard is a really nice player.

Explosive. That would be a nice element to add to our offense.

I'm not sure I ever commented but I thought he was a toss up. He's got all the tools in spades. And he's become a pretty good passer. He's a winner.

His biggest issue was maturity, and how to come back from mistakes and losses. He definitely IMO has an elite arm, and doesn't look to run as much as he used to.

Flacco with the INT...hmmm...I thought it was only Romo that threw those...

I don't care what people say, Cam Newton can throw the ball. Much better drop back QB than any of the running style QBs. Guy is a beast.

You guys crack me up. Newton is a better running back than a QB. Have you watched this game at all? He has be all over the place. He is so inconsistent with his throws. The defense is the reason this team is where they are at.

If you ever want to write a "most overrated QBs" list, don't forget to add Eli, Flacco, Ryan and Dalton... Schaub was on the top of the list for the past 3 years, but I think everyone would agree he sucks after this season.

The last thing I want to see is Pitt backing in. As of now, that is the way it is playing out :(

San Diego would take the wildcard if they beat the Chiefs. Word on the street is Andy Reid will be resting the starters.
