Early Game Thread

And some thought that Seattle would go 16-0. I didn't think that they would go undefeated but I did believe that they would be tough to overcome in the NFC. But I guess they are going through that let down season that many Superbowl champs have gone through.

Seahawks are just a completely different team on the road. Also no running game makes Russell look pedestrian.

Panthers Seahawks on locally, but watching more of bengals Ravens on wiziwig.tv

Normally I would root for panthers, regardless that we already beat Seattle.
But cam newton comes across as too cocky. So hoped he threw a few picks, as he has one already.
Don't care who really wins overall though.

Gronk 46 yd TD and has 3 on the day. Brady is on fire with 5 TDs.

Why is Houston vs Tennessee on Fox and Seattle vs Carolina on CBS?

I was wondering that too.
Could be because fox showed the London game early this morning, and thought it was normally the cbs doubleheader week. But fox got an extra game, so cbs may have got the choice of the best match up to show. To make up for it.

Only thing I can think of

There's an article that says networks can trade games if one has an excess of bad matchups. They can be flexed between the networks. This is what happened today. CBS didn't have any good games to show in the early slot so they switched with Fox.

The Seahawks are playing a good team in a place that isn't a dream vacation for the visitors. I think they will grind this one out. Please don't overlook the Seahawks they are still the best team in the league until proven otherwise.

On a particularly interesting related note...Percy Harvin took a kickoff from nine yards deep in the endzone and made it to the one. The 1

The Jets 1 OUCH

M.Bennett with an amazing TD catch. He got tripped and caught the caught the ball as he as falling to the ground.
