It means that the Bengals don't draw much national attention. QBs who play for the big name teams draw more attention both good and bad.

I realize what you are saying and agree. I'm posting to another silly one liner as this poster thinks nobody cares about this team and feels the need to put them down. I'm pretty sure that that poster would say all of nothing if a few Bengals fans with jerseys were in front of him.
