Imagine if we had traded Ware a year early and gotten a bevy of draft picks. Sure we would've lost a good year out of him, but we could've rebuilt multiple positions elsewhere.
Now think about where we are at with Romo. Will you give up one or two more good seasons from him if you could get multiple draft picks and huge cap relief?
