Early game thread

of course i decided to start kirk cousins and they get blown out by the bills smh he got me -4 points right now.

And how did that logic pan out, Rowdy?

Who was right and who was wrong? And how does any of that address your laughable notion that the Cowboys had no chance to draft Wentz?

You're a scolded fan.

You are totally missing the point. I also wanted to draft Carson. I’m not sure if we could have made the trade up in a favorable deal, but drafting Zeke was far from a bad move. The bad move was sticking with Romo for so long. We are blessed to have an afterthought drafted in the 4th round actually pan out as a decent QB so far.

Wentz INCOMPLETE
Whether somebody was right or wrong. Nobody is interested in hearing about how big of a mistake it was, over and over and over again 3 years later.

I think wentz is a very good QB but hearing the love fest over and over again gets a bit grating after a while.
:lmao:

Deshaun Watson looked awesome before blowing out his knee, leading to lofty expectations in Houston.

Hasn't looked anything like that this season.

Doesn't matter if he was draft with intentions of being the franchise QB. He is line to be that now so the he was drafted in the fourth means nothing now. Maybe his rookie year that could work but now in year 3 that isn't flying anymore as an excuse. I'm not even talking about moving up to draft Wentz. I was talking about saying that they can't be compared. If that's not what you meant my apologies. You can say its stupid like people want to do in "debates" to make themselves the smarter person but you're being obtuse on this issue. Did I say Brady wasn't an outlier? Since we know the answer stop trying to make things something they aren't. My point was if Dak was sooo good you or nobody else would be using that 4th rd crutch as an excuse.

The argument won't die unless we get a new QB and or Dak plays like a better QB more often. One of the other or we are going to have both sides voicing their opinions for the foreseeable future.
Dude give it a rest. Wow.

Yes they can be compared as starters now. I agree with that. Wentz is a better QB. That's not what's being argued. What is constantly argued is that the Cowboys should have taken Wentz instead of Zeke/Dak, like things happen in a vacuum. Like they just decided to pass on Wentz. That is not, however, the case. THAT is what needs to stop. Argue their merit now as starting QBs, fine. This revisionist history ******** needs to stop tho.

JJ Watt has the most speed and quickness I've ever seen on a defensive lineman.................
