I agree with you. Payton has made many bad decisions as a coach that has cost him the game.

I know they got screwed on the non holding call on the fake punt but a fake punt on the 50 in a game that close? I believe that resulted in more points for SF or at the very least could have and it’s not like NO defense was shutting them down.
