1. Extremely weak schedule early, including the NFC East
2. Defenses have adjusted to their quick, short passing game by going to press coverage and jumping routes, forcing Ben to hold the ball and allowing the pass rush to get him off his spot. Tons of dropped passes hasn't helped. Nor has the non existent running game

Nah the one where one of our guys', I think Ware?, pinky grazed Peyton Manning's helmet was the worst I've ever seen. Defense had gotten a stop and forced a punt.. instead 15 yards and into the red zone they went. You needed a microscope to even see the contact.

Well if they put them on QBs then wide receivers aint far behind.. You have to allow them to catch the ball then gently escort them to the ground or risk a penalty these days. Unless they play for the Cowboys of course.. in which case anything goes..
