Because they have been good the whole 3rd quarter and have shut the Steelers down. The defense is keeping them in the game and allowing the offense to make a comeback.

Yes, of course the Cleveland defense is good. The Steelers busted some big plays early on offense and special teams, but as the year goes on the Browns D will be fine.
