Carson was never bad considering he was a former 1st round pick. John Fox was pretty good with Payton, Kubiak present day. Harbaugh with Flacco as well. All aging statues.
Not saying Arians is mediocre, the media would have a conniption fit if anyone said that. Just not Belichick status (cheater) status.

Pretty good track record. Good coach. Not great, but a good one.
