Early games thread

That Eagles team isn't as bad as the cowboys team that drafted Aikman first overall, I mean they picked that high for a reason. Eagles traded up twice to get Wentz, so their team was atleast half competent. And he has a better defense than we have.

As the season goes on and Wentz fails to come up big again and again, that PHI team is getting worse around him week by week. We've completely stopped nodding to his defense when we compare 'supporting casts' anymore. We hear them blame the WRs. We hear them blame the play calling. But the guy stands in the pocket and takes a game ending hit to the chops coming right off his right side, and none of his fans even suggest he should have dumped the ball like he did the play before? Give me a break. They had two more shots to win the game if he doesn't take that unnecessary hit and fumble the game away in the red zone.

Funny how you guys criticize Wentz for not noticing that pass rusher yet Dak has fumbled several times like that this season. They both seem have to that same problem of not being able to feel that pass rush right in front of their face.

Daky poo doesn't make mistakes. He's a combination of all the greats. You disagree and I'll just have to suspect you're an Eagles fan who infiltrated the boards.

I don't know if it's possible to get the ball out quickly enough on that play. The RT just wiffed, he didn't even slow him down.
The RT made it hard but he had his halfback out of the backfield. You can't take the sack at all and can't hold it for more than two (max three) seconds in such a situation. It was also on coaching too. They should've known Skins were bringing the pressure.

Ugly week for some top Quarterbacks. Definitely Dak and Zeke's chance to make a huge impression in the MVP race tonight.

Los Angeles is already not supporting an NFL team again.

His fumbles against the Steelers and Packers were from the non-blind side. Go back and watch. He did the same thing Wentz did.
You know what the difference is? Dak came up clutch in those games and got W's.

Nobody is expected to be perfect, but that was a situation when the game is on the line, and Wentz still has zero game winning drives.

Jeff Fisher's Rams are off to a great start. :lmao2:

The difference is Dak hasn't done it with the game on the line. All turnovers are not created equal.
