I was at the bears / cowboys back in 2013 game time temp was 5 windchill was -10 Or 11 it was cold. It was a night game too I ordered a beer and by time it was open to first drink it froze

wow yeah thats brutal ! coldest game i went to was a few years back Dallas @ NY in december maybe like 20 degrees and maybe 10 or 5 with windchill it was bearable but cold, i guess since dallas won i felt warmer than normal LOL
