There is giving a good team/player credit then there is going overboard, like some are with the love for the Eagles on this board.

Le me describe a play that just happened in the SD vs NE game where rivers threw the ball like a hailmary, five NE players were around, the receiver actually had a play on the ball but a NE player was in front facing the player, wasn't looking at the ball but had his arm extended in the receivers face....this is a pass, why wasn't that a pass interference if the player never looked for the ball? All the players went up for the ball.

It's not PI if he didn't touch the NE player

Scan the field...lol...stared down Ertz the whole time and only pulled off because he thought he wouldn't be able to get him. then came back to him. every pass is pitch and catch...there is no deeper thought going on with Wince...this is obvious.

Has there been a worse season for officials than this one? They're absolutely robbing teams left and right while missing blatant, obvious calls. Chicago defender just got yanked and turned around by and OL in the open field right in front of the ref and there was no flag. It would have likely been a sack without the obvious hold. It's seriously embarrassing how bad these guys have been this season.

Officiating has been pretty bad even in college football from what I've seen this season as well.

I didn't comment on the kicker. My comment was more directed at the coach for trying to kick field goals in excess of 50 yards in the rain. If you've watched a lot of football you know how that usually turns out.
