The goalpost thingis related to the game. They don't want the players messing up the alignment of the goalpost. It's not because of the celebration being considered excessive.

I hate that fumble through the endzone rule. As written it is a huge advantage to the defense, ball should be placed at the spot of the fumble and not go to the defense.
