Early Games Thread

You've just taken over as GM for a team. Do you want Mahomes or Allen as your QB?

Depends..how is the oline? I think i want Mahomes more with a suspect oline and Allen if they are good. Mahomes probably the best improvising QB but Allen probably has the best arm in the league.

4th and 8 down 10 with 6 minutes left and seattle punts from about the 50..... sure, you have enough time.

Panthers are gonna lose again, and their season is clearly over and its going to get ugly. They should absolutely get rid of cmac and Anderson and anyone else because they are clearly starting over from scratch.
They might.

Now, the defense has several really good and young pieces still on rookie deals. Some are hurt right now.

Why wasn't BUF charged a timeout for an injures player? He was coming off the field then the health staff stopped him.

All else equal, I'd go with Mahomes, but again it's a close call.

Extremely close call. I think you'd just have to try to project who will have more longevity. They're the two best QBs in the league. They're on their own tier.

When you have the looks and the money, you have options. Brady can throw away a super model because there are others waiting for him whenever he wants. Giselle also has options.

I'm not condoning it. Just trying to put some perspective on it
and that was my point. Their relationships seem disposable to me.

You only get charged a time out in the last two minutes for an injury.

"After the two-minute warning of a half, the following shall apply:
a) If a team has not used its three charged team timeouts, the team of the injured player will be charged a team timeout,
unless:
1) the injury is the result of a foul by an opponent;
2) the injury occurs during a down in which there is a change of possession, a successful field goal, or an attempted try"

Yes it would being Dallas is the underdog. I'm a Dak fangirl & I can't wait for him to come back. He has a way of lighting up this offense. Always has. Love seeing Wodgers cry.
he didnt light up out offense after week 8 last year.

For sure, would like to see A-Rod on one of these teams though to see if his age is on him or its the team.

A-rod at his prime was better to me than both of these guys...not vastly but better.
