Early Games Thread

It was huge....difference between 2 home games and probably having to win 3 road games.

True, But at the same time the Cowboys getting one game at home or even homefield hasn't helped out any in getting to the NFC Championship game. So they'll have things to overcome no matter what in the playoffs.

Like I said, I believe the Titans beating them was the last chance for the Cowboys to catch them. But it's not like the Cowboys have managed to get to the NFC Championship game, even in seasons they have won the division in. So we have to see what happens with the wild card.
Don’t sleep on Chicago beating them. That game is in Chicago and Fields can match Hurts. I understand it’s about more than QBs, but both of them is what makes their team go.

270 first half passing yards and 3 total tds for hurts in the first half. Pretty impressive against a good titans d.

I disagree, even if Brissett finishes the season, he's not taking them to the playoffs. This is pretty much Watson's preseason games, he needs them to get his feel for the game back.
Not sure what you are disagreeing about.
I was only referring to today's game and the inevitable Watson rust

If Washington-Giants spilt and then the Eagles-Giants spilt, there could actually be a chance that the last place NFC East team ends up with as many wins as the first place NFC South team, maybe even more.

It must be really tough being a Commodores fan. They just shoot themselves in both feet time and time again.

Yeah the guy pulled up and there was only contact because Brown tried to come back for the ball. The DB should have the right to maintain his position. That kind of call makes it so the DB has to get out of the way and let the receiver catch the ball.
The refs claim if the CB looks back they won't call it.

you should be old enough to know STATS to reveal everything

You are not understanding my point. All Ive heard in here is how we have no chance to beat the Eagles because we cant stop the run.
Well the titans have the top rushing D, and the Eagles arent really running all that much... yet Titans are down big already and have no chance if they dont have the OFFENSE.

The refs claim if the CB looks back they won't call it.

So, if the DB does look back, the receiver gains separation. If he doesn't, the receiver stops dead and collects the contact and the flag.

The rules are set up for the DB to fail in all cases.
