It wasn’t that bad of a call…. But it was bad… If that’s PI then 90% of pass plays should be penalized.

I agree LVE struggles. He looked like such a superstar year one too but the Eagles don't value LBer at all and really only play 2 who they both picked up late in training camp.

The talk shows etc. have gone over this a million times. It's not a false start. Jason Peters taught him the technique and when they show it in slow motion right when the ball is getting snapped he kicks out his leg. Looks like a false start but it isn't.

He doesn't time it right all the time though. About 3-4 times a game, his whole body is off the line while the center still hasn't snapped.
The only thing part of his body that's on the line is his left foot.

I guess it's a rule change for the offense because in the past, the Oline couldn't move a millimeter before the ball was snapped. Now, LT and RT are way off the line and move back a fraction before the snap. One foot being at the line at snap seems to make it legal.

The dolphins-bills game and the eagles-commanders game are both reminders that the NFL is a week to week league. The fins hung 70 on the broncos last week and are struggling to score this week. The eagles looked great on offense last week, not so much this week…so far.
