"When you play as bad as we did, you get pretty one-dimensional," he said. "He didn't have much of a chance."

I think that Romo had just as huge part in the loss as anyone else. His first INT put an already tired in the 1st Qtr Defense back out immediately.

I am not casting Romo off, but he had a huge part in the loss.

I think we all knew that Romo's bad game was coming, but i don't think we thought it would be this game, and we definitely didn't want it to be this game.

I think as bad as this game was, it will put our whole team back on track to be on fire the rest of this year. At least i hope so.

I agree. Romo will bounce back. He has to. Payton knows your team so good that we beat you with our #3, #4 and #5 receivers. All I can say is WOW.

Dallas had a major let down from the NYG game and it showed. Hopefully you will beat the Falcons and get back on track.

I truely wish the game would have been closer. :lmao:

Right.
If we can win the last 3, get on another roll, great things can happen.
This will show if romo can bounce back [I think he will] and how good of a coach BP is, can he get this team back on track and prepared for a run to the SB.

Yeah. Romo is 5-2 as a starter. One goof away from 6-1.

I agree. He's going to be good. He is just going through what every QB has to go through.

As a big part of this team Romo will take his fair share of the heat maybe a bit more but what happened to Romo last night is going to happen and I don't care if your name is Roger Stauback or Joe Montana it happens to all players. I expect Romo to come back strong this coming week, I don't see him as the kind of player who is going to allow a bad outing to effect him for long.

I think this loss will definately refocus him.

If we had been on an 8 game winning streak going into the playoffs, I don't know how good that would be. He would have only lost 1 game and that was because of some freaky incidents.

Now that we got the big loss out of the way, lets get a 3 game winning streak into the playoffs and go on from there.

Romo is probably hungrier now and the only thing to fill his appetite will be wins.

Ease Up????? NO!!!! We give this guy all the credit in the world when he wins now he needs to take it like a man. He does not deserve all of the blame but it would be nice if he had made on good pass last night. If not for glenn jumping a mile high he could have easily had 2 completions. Ease Up? psh where were those calling for easing up when everyone was so high on him?

I agree with this statement... but without the anger.
Here were my problems with Romo last night.
-The first int. had no air under the pass and was thrown to TG's inside shoulder, not outside where it should have been with Zone D.
-It didn't look like he checked down very much.
-Before half time, he threw to TG in double coverage and ignored Owens who was single covered by FRED THOMAS
My biggest problem was this-
-He chucked about 7 passes way down field and only one was even close to being catchable.

This was clearly his worst game. As far as the recievers making great catches, it goes both ways. He would have had more completions if Witten would have made that TD catch, TO would have caught the over the shoulder ball, and Crayton caught the 3rd down conversion.
This was an all around stinker boys and that's without even mentioning the pitiful defense.

He made some bad decisions in the first half that got us in a bit of a hole. In the second half he made some mistakes while trying to bring us back from a large deficit. Overall, a poor game from Romo.

It's important to remember that he is still a young QB and will learn from this. He'll be fine long term, IMO.

Romo needs to work on accuracy and putting a little air under some of his throws, they tend to be on a line too much..

Dude, we gave your team props so why are you still here? Is that what ain't fans are all about? They run from board to board harassing fans of the opposing team?

This is the reason you guys have never and will NEVER win a Super Bowl. Your fan base is obnoxious, and karma will always leave your team with an empty trophy case. Book it!

He was dreadful. I don't see the need for easing up. It's not like people want him out or anything, but he just plain sucked last night. Time for him to come back strong.
