Eberflus at Georgia pro day

Put it this way: if it isnt him, it really nreds to the highest DL on the board. Tommy Yarrish was talking about how well the interview went with him at the combine on yesterdays draft show.
He'd be the best run defender on the line day 1. Sad but true

Mykel's 10 yard split was 1.59 sec,not sure why guys are not running 3 cone anymore because that is a good indicator of DE's success in the NFL.

Especially considering his selling poking is being a traits pick.

A 4.8 traits pick is no longer an option for me at 12.
Exactly. If we're looking for traits, Shemar Stewart also has the lack of production but at least tested much better.

The Draftshow has hinted Williams could be in the mix at 12. Not a big fan of the idea honestly.
The draft show is hearing the rumors that the Cowboys want to get out. Remember the Mazi draft and the Guyton draft. Don’t get me wrong I think the Cowboys like Williams but I think he is among other players they like at 12 plus they have Sam, Kneeland, Parsons, Turner, and Wheat all under contract. So a defensive end is not a red light need like stud defensive tackle (Graham/Nolan), running back and wide receiver are.

Cowboys are not in the position to be drafting for traits n upside at 12, they need a bonafide baller...no projection needed. They drafted Guyton on traits and you see how that turned out. Draft Williams in the 20s, but not so early.

I wonder if the Cowboys look at Williams as a versatile defensive lineman that can play up and down the line. I don’t think the Cowboys want big fat guys in the first few rounds.

They met with alfred Collins and he's a fat boy. I'd take Williams round 1 and Collins in 2. But yall know I'm team load up on defense.

I am keeping an eye on Dont'e Thornton,he ran 4.3 and he measured at 6 feet 5 inches and only Golden was faster than him.you cant teach speed and size which we really lack on our offense

6 5 wr from Tenn who can fly. Yes please

I would expect Jeanty to run faster too. Problem is, Sampson is known as a speedster. 4.4 at a pro day is a 4.5 in reality. It's not a bad number, but worse than expected is all.
something more definitive from Brugler

4.42 is what you'd expect from Sampson. Factoring in that it was done at a pro-day though, it's still not as fast as I'd expected. Again, not a bad time, just a tad underwhelming for a speed guy.
