Eberflus' M.O. Hasn't Changed, And Very Likely Never Will

That's why I don't see this defense improving unless we get massive upgrade in talent.

I mean he suck’s but apparently is a good teacher of linebackers. Some will say ours suck but they were better before he got ahold of them. Maybe he was a product of good linebackers…I’m looking at Shotty now for the hire and standing by him.

I never liked the hire but didn't want to judge him without seeing him work for the Cowboys. After 6 games I've seen enough. Every player looks worst in his defense and what does he do? NOTHING. He just says "We will get better, we just have to give it time". We are wasting this amazing offense with this historically bad defense.

Exactly. Just the demeanor he had walking back into the building after the Panthers game told me all I need to know. He doesn't think any of this is his fault, which is what the writer of the article was saying.

He's not only too dumb to pivot, there's zero accountability with him.
