Wondering the cost for a trade for him to completely solidify our Dline?

Heard he could be available. Not sure if he is just wondering the thoughts on the player in general and would anyone be willing to trade for him.

Was he the Houston DT everyone wanted from a few years ago?

They arent trading him, and to be honest he isnt even as good as Odighizuwa

He had a lot of unwarranted hype coming out in the draft. Solid player, but had not proven enough to be drafted so high.

Aaron Donald effect.

He's better than Odighi BUT not so much that the team should be desperate to trade for him.

Odighi 33 games 79 tackles 6 sacks 1 forced fumble
Oliver 62 games 151 tackles 14.5 sacks 4 forced fumbles 2019 All-Rookie Team

I'm curious to see what Odighi can do with more snaps and constantly playing next to Hankins and Mazi though. Bad 1Tech play has been a quiet killer for this defense the past several years,

It doesn’t seem like Oliver played much 3DT and the defensive scheme in Buffalo was different in 2022 compared with 2019-2021. He could excel in the Cowboys D as a 3DT.

He just got a 4 year $68 million extension from Buffalo, $45 million guaranteed

Was a pretty dominant player in college but I think he benefited from Aaron Donald’s impact on the league; everyone was looking for the next one. From what I remember, the Cowboys really liked him (Maranelli was here at the time).

Today Oliver signed a four-year contract extension with the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo clearly had no interest in trading him.
