Zimmer aint al hat anyway. I never understood the Zimmer cult out there and the luv for him. Hes had moments but that's all. He spoke about retirement which meant his heart isn't in it so yeah, like you said, the team moved away from him. I agree, I don't think he wanted to be here. I also think it was mutual. The internet junk is out of control. You nailed it.
yeah but you have to understand that most of our major injuries and by far ,were on defense.. they were like 3D with practice squad players at many key spots.. so in my opinion mike zimmer having one offseason to try to convert to his defense and then having all those injuries not fair we did see flashes of how good it could be when parson was paired with Overashown/Liafu for multiple games..when they got bland back etc. they were playing well...

so if anyone's going to get a pass or an excuse that would be zimmer over MM..

no doubt. I agree. BUT the waffling and retirement stuff makes me think he was going to walk no matter. Once a guy starts talking like that or waffling, they are already compromised. Thats why I feel Dallas mutually went elsewhere.

Jerry using coaches and tossing them to the side.

Thanks Zim for trying to keep this mash unit together last year.

It only came from the faction who tried to rationalize another lame decision by Jerral. Hire a retread DC and give him a one yr contract.

He was always meh

Third DC in the last three years. Fourth in the last six.

Well, at least they seem to have figured out what the REAL problem is.

Meanwhile do ridiculous things to make sure Dak has “that continuity.”

what do you mean good for him lmao I'm glad that you guys really use the social media nonsense that's posted for clickbait and tries to stir up the fan base you act like Mike McCarthy and Mike Zimmer chose not to be with the Cowboys 'cause they think it's a joke they think it's round by clowns and they turned it down and you'd be farther from the truth..

Mike McCarthy's not here because he and Jerry couldn't come to terms I believe Jerry wanted the whole offense change he wanted Mike McCarthy to fire most of his staff and not do the play calling anymore and that's the problem that truly was the problem it wasn't money or years that could have been worked out easily this had to do with making major changes to the staff and that's what Jerry wanted Mike didn't they're now not together anymore..

Zimmer, I think he was a candidate for head coach, if he would've not said he's not sure if he wants to coach anymore,

he literally just came out and said he's most likely retiring...

why would you even consider him an option if he's not under contract and said he wants to retire literally you guys act like he turned down the job because he thinks it's a bad one that's not true I really believe he would have been in the running for head coach had he not came out and said he's not sure if he desires to coach anymore why would you want a guy who's that close to retirement on your team.....?

Don't believe what you choose common sense is what people should follow and what I'm saying is closer to the truth then you all acting like these guys spurn the dallas cowboys. Which by the way there's only one head coaching job open with the Saints that's it that's all that's left and there aren't many people that are picking up either of these two guys were discussing I mean there might be a choice but I'm telling you Mike Zimmer wants to retire he's not sure he wants to coach and that is why he's not coming back.

You don’t know what their personal feelings are about the Dallas Cowboys organization. Unless they’ve sat down and shared with someone, no one does. We do know they were on the staff last season and won’t be next season.

Feel free to calm down, psycho…

You got all of that out of “good for Zim”?

How about the fact that he just got engaged to a beautiful young woman and he can walk away a rich man and go enjoy life with her?!?!

Go project your misguided superiority complex onto someone else.
