If he somehow makes it down to us we would have to take him right? I keep thinking of guys I would love to see fall to 47 and he is at the top of the list. With his dreary performance and his stock already low due to his injury he very well could fall. He is a thumper with some quicks, caught 22 balls in what was clearly a run first offense and is well coached.

Another guy I would love is Matt Elam. With Reid and Cyprien getting so much love it could end up that Elam is the fourth safety taken and available when we pick. Athletic, physical and tenacious, he has the speed and quickness to also cover territory running deep zones.

I would support trading up for either of these guys.

Any prospects you guys covet in the second round? Anyone you would trade a pick to get?

Gary Brown said a month ago they were looking for a change of pace back from Murray and didnt indicate it was Lacy. More like leaning to Franklin or Ellington, possibly Bell.

No RB until at least the 4th round. The value is just not there, we have more pressing needs in the first 3 rounds...

I could do without the first two but I don't see Bell as much of a change of pace guy at 230 lbs and built like a dump truck.

I don't know about that. There is no value in the first round but after that it just depends on the round.

When Murray was out and Felix was stinking it up, we really struggled. Murray could grind some yards out like the Tampa game but without him the offense really struggles. I like guys in the fourth round but I cannot help but thinking that counting on Murray for 16 games is folly.

The way this draft is composed, I agree just not enough interesting guys, I think there are a whole lot of them with decent ability, but that will go on into the 5th or 6th round.

Both of those guys I would put high on my list. I've loved Elam since the beginning of last year and Lacy would be a great addition to the run game.

The only other one I might add is a pet cat of mine - Arthur Brown. He reminds me of a young London Fletcher. He is so instinctive and quick and I think he'd be dynamite in Kiffin's defense.

Alas, he will probably be gone by 47 anyway, but I love the guy. I did hear that he is slipping a little, so I have a glimmer of hope... but I'm not really expecting it.

We definitely need a back up to Murray but I think someone will fall into the 4th round. I could see them taking someone in the 3rd if they fell into their lap like Murray did.

I think we need to stick with the strength of the draft with our first 3 picks and try to get starters.

If they take a back in the 2nd round (which I doubt) it would be Montee Ball.

There's should be so much there for Dallas in the 2nd at positions of greater urgency, I doubt I'd even take Lacy at47.
1-2 rounds layer, and this year you can get some good RBs.

Murray is always hurt and there is nobody else. RB is as much a need as DT.

It really is a need, but is so much easier to fill in later rounds...especially this year.

Zac Stacy or Latavius Murray could be late round bargains. Kenjon Barner seems to have fallen off the map too

I don't know about that. Once you get past 4th rounders like Randle I really start to dislike the crop.

They'll be someone there later but if Lacy falls to us in the second they should run to the podium. He just isn't likely to fall that far. I wouldn't moan and complain if they took him in the first although I'd rather use that pick on the line.

I will definitely check out Brown. OLB is up there in need as well.

I think Lacy would be a good value at 47.. Wouldn't mind that pick actually.
