Educate me on cost of the draft picks given the ruling

Are the top pick going to be given insane money as before given the ruling now? or no draft pick will be given a contract until a new CBA is reached? if no CBA can be reached and Appeals court rules lock out is illegal then does the rookie pay scale go back to 2009 rule?

This have major implication on the draft because teams are less likely to trade UP if no rookie wage can be implemented.

Quick statement is that right now its the same negotiations as it was prior to this year. Only after a new CBA would be agreed to would that change in any way.
