I'm flying to Dallas tomorrow for the game and would like to know since I don't have a checked bag.
Thanks!

I can see why he is trying to do this. Notice the Tampax in the picture? Yep, it's that time of the month for his wife. :laugh2:

The reason? I had a metal shoe horn in my carry on. I always bring it, so not sure why it was an issue on this one flight.
When they pulled it out and discovered what it was, I asked if I get have it back and walked over and used it to put my shoes back on. So it worked out, I guess.

Same with the handles on my carry on, or any number of other items. But I think a guy in a business suit with dress shoes, shirts, ties, etc., in a carry on with a shoe horn isn't a risk worth singling out.Hoofbite;4150215 said:You could totally fashion that into a suitable shank while waiting for your flight.

Not ever. A risk? Sure. There are infinite risks in life. The overwhelming majority of which aren't worth the cost of insuring against.Hoofbite;4150437 said:Not yet.
