Shocking (and disgusting) how many closet Giants fans we have around here.

We have one of the youngest teams in the league and have swept them two straight years, yet we have supposed Cowboy fans saying we're hosed and they are golden.

I dont think anybody could make a legitimate claim that RED is a closet Giants fan. Now, KJJ, the most E-Lie supportive poster on this sight, well, thats another story.

Not particularly concerned about the Giants. Every year is a dogfight with somebody. We just worry about the things we can control. Keep stacking good days on top of good days. Focus on being the best we can possibly be, whether its on the practice field, the game field, the parking lot, or the moon. Or so I've heard, somewhere.

Outside of Odell Beckham they have a lot of problems. They need to rebuild their o-line and their LB's. It's not going to happen in one year.

Giants are lucky they hit a home run getting Beckham but apart from that they are useless/mediocre at best in every other position on both sides of the ball.

They are not winning more than 6-7 games next season.

I can see where you are coming from to a point, beckham had 90 catches in only 12 games with around 40 of those coming in just 4 games. Adding cruz back to the mix is also going to make them more potent on O. Hopefully we can aqquire a cb who can who can nullify him as I believe our current bunch sans Orlando aren't even average. If they can get there defense stitched up they are going to be right back in the mix.

Torn Patella is not an easy injury to overcome. It will be interesting to see if Cruz comes back like he was before. Giants have major issues on Defense and OL.

I thot the E-Lie Love on the forum had pretty much died. Most of the Lovers have seemed to vanish or just not post all the praise for the INT league leader.

I may be wrong but I dont remember RED being in the E-Lie Love Club, so I didnt take his OP that way. Maybe he'll clarify it for us.

Who knows. We're all frustrated.
I just added up the comments about how Eli and the Giants had gotten it done and would do so again and that Romo should not have thrown to Dez (implying that Eli maybe would not have) and that Romo and the Cowboys had already blown three chances. When I pieced it together it sounded like he thought if we had Eli we would have won at least one and maybe three titles already.

Its frustrating for all of us losing like we did.

As bad as some of the threads and posts have been since Sunday night Im not putting a whole lot of stock into whats being posted by everybody. Its gonna be a long off season tho if the past 36 hours are any indication.

No it isn't and if they can get those issues even up to a competent level they are going to be dangerous. If beckham had played the whole year he probably would have went over the 100 catch mark. He is going to be a thorn in our side for years to come unless we address the D in the offseason.
