This isn't about just last nights game but about the Giants first 2 games in general. It sure looks like they made a huge mistake passing on a QB in the draft. Eli has looked terrible. I'll go further...... he IS terrible. What a collosal error in team management to blow a #2 overall pick on a rb and then go sign a WR to QB money when their OL is in disarray and their QB plays like he's 45 years old.

That said, I enjoyed every one of Eli's sacks, and Jaylon's hit couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

It really blew my mind that they didn't pick a QB. I don't follow college & was thinking maybe this was a seriously weak QB class.

It should have worked out great for them. If Eli still had anything, the rookie could ride the bench for a couple of years. Too bad for them cause NY needs a QB now.

To be fair Darnell hasn't looked good and we haven't even seen Josh Rosen. And Josh Allen has bust written all over him.

I was kind of shocked too. They know their QB is at or close to the end of his career and they're picking from the #2 slot. But hey, it's not like the Cowboys haven't done something similar.

Too early to tell for sure, and the Jets. When was the last time a QB looked good on the Jets since Ken O'Brien?

Yeah they'll probably fire Bowels and get an offensive guy so they can turn him into the next Trubisky lol

I believe the worse draft failure was taking Apple over Tunsil in 2016. He fell into thier lap. Now they've made an average Tackle one of the highest paid.

I remember one of my friends (big Giants fan) telling me the QBs in the draft were all hype. He was hoping they'd pick Barkley. The only QB he liked was Mayfield. It could turn out the dude was spot on.

Their error may end up helping them fall into another top 5 pick this year.

Their upcoming schedule is pretty rough, hard to see them winning more then 3 to 5 games.
