Quite frankly folks I think if we take care of business I believe that Eli Interception Machine Manning will do his part and lose to KC and Wash.

With all the Bledsoe bashing that has gone on since Flozell Adams went down-Eli and Gints fans are gonna start to see reality when their blind-sided tackle will miss some time.

Manning has thrown 10 interceptions in his last 4 games as opposed to 5 in his first 9 games. Maybe the pressure is getting to the young QB. No team should expect a young QB like him to respond well with playoff pressure. If they do, that is a plus, but most young QBs do struggle in these situations. It will be tougher without some key offensive linemen.

FWIW-Peyton didn't struggle at all in his 2nd season in Indy.

Can't see how there would be "pressure" on Eli. Anyone with sound mental minds coach and play their best under pressure.

It was alot like us in college. Sure, when finals rolled around, we were crunched for time. But why did our grades turn out so well? B/c the "pressure" made us to focus on studying alot better.

I am not sure about Peyton in his second season, but there were saying on the NFL network last night that Peyton had about twice as many INT's through his first 20 games as Eli did during that same period.

I know.

But the point is that if Eli really starts struggling for the remainder of the season, alot of people(including Gints fans) are going to overlook-completely-the fact that both of his Ts were gone.

Doesn't matter how good the rest of the line is, doesn't matter how good the QB is-you saw what happened when Flo went down, and you saw how the personality changed for KC's O when Roaf went down.

You just hate to see one person get hammered too much when there's alot of other variables in the situation.

I believe, from what I saw last night, that both of the T's are day to day, so I would be surprised if they do not play this coming week.

Either that or the Giants are pretending that they are OK so that other teams will not gameplan for them both being out.

Reports have said that MacKenzie has a torn hamstring. These things definitely don't recover over-night.

Perhaps "Manning, Inc." should be changed to "Manning, Int."

Of course there are always exceptions. Marino guided the Dolphins to the Superbowl in his second season. In most cases, it takes a few seasons for a QB to be able to handle everything that goes along with the position.

Do you really think having the playoffs on the line is not pressure? Or playing in a playoff game? I am not saying Eli is going to crumble. I have just seen many young QBs in similar situations and they don't always shine.
