Twitter: Eli's glad Ware is no longer in the NFCE

I guess Barr or Donald and Melton will have to slap him around a little ;)

Why should Eli by happy? I like Ware, but let's face it, the man is done.

Scandrick still plays football? I thought he went the Chad Ochocinco route and became a reality TV show star.

He was with ol girl all last season and had his best year, so I'm going to refrain from commenting on his outside stardom thirst. lol

LOL I'm loving those 2 together this year. I'm reserving my judgement until I see what O does on the field this year. It appears he's made a difference in her life. Time will tell.

well i tink he should still be worried that Hatcher stayed in the division

It may be true that Ware has little left in the tank, but historically he had a penchant for making Eli's life miserable. Tons of pressures and sacks. Not to mention that pick last season. Of course it helps that Eli is not the most nimble QB in the game...

Ware might have sacked Eli a good bit over the years but he never hurt him, and he certainly didn't get to Eli when we needed it the most in crunch time.

I for one am certainly not going to sit here and rue letting Ware go. Not when he would take $12 mil just so he can lay a QB down gently when it doesn't count.
