This and our offense in not near elite either. We didn’t even belong in that game last night.Defense has allowed about 26 PPG the last 6 games of the season.
Pathetic performance down the stretch, and no, this defense is nowhere near elite.
NO, Not elite but way better than years past!Defense has allowed about 26 PPG the last 6 games of the season.

This defense hasn't been the same since the Saints game.

Good post. You could clearly see cracks forming on the defense weeks ago. Read my posts! The way Indy gashed us in week 15 was a big red flag. The Giants put up 35 points in the season finale minus OBJ. The defense peaked against New Orleans and started coming down from there. Our final 6 games including the playoffs we didn’t give up fewer than 22 points. We were squeaking out wins every week and it caught up with us against a great offensive team. I knew keeping the Rams under 30 points would be a huge task.
Good post.
This defense ate the cheese big time after what happened against Seattle.
No elite defense has ever existed that does not force turnovers and lots of them. Tightening up on a short field and forcing FGs is not quality defense.
