The longer they wait to issue their ruling-- the longer it will take to hear an appeal-- therefore the likelier it will be that Zeke will play in week one.
Zeke's camp has been sabre rattling for awhile... they may already have an injunction in place and litigation ready to issue as soon as the NFL ruling comes down.
Goodell is about to have a very bad weekend and it won't matter how he spins this-- no body can outspin Jerry Jones and this can turn into a very nasty dog fight very quickly.
IF (big if)-- the NFL has been sitting on some very big evidence (as of yet unseen by Jerry) against Zeke and they go public with it-- then and only then can the NFL escape this without massive egg on their face.
