Emmitt 'embracing' the Star

I know I'm in the vast minority on this one, but I didn't think it was great, I thought it was silly and self promoting. I don't think it was about the Dallas Cowboys, it was about Emmitt Smith, which is exactly why he had his helmet off. TV Time.

To me that whole time period in Cowboys history was sad. The Campo years may have been our low point.

I agree, mostly. I don't think it was self-promoting, but you're getting your butt kicked by the Niners. What's the point of taking back the star, if you can't keep it clean and can't win the game?

That was an awesome moment and a sad moment. One of the last great ones left from that 90's dynasty team. Trying his best to preserve the heart those players on those Super Bowl teams had, even though Jerry Jones had done his best to rip it out.
