Emotion

We talk about this all the time it seems, whether we win or lose, but there is just such a lack of emotion on this team.

if we make a big play than guys are jumping around, but when we need someone to get in the teams face it just doesn't happen.

they mentioned on the broadcast that Dawkins got up in the face of their defense after going down 10-0, and they started playing better (along with bad plays by us).

we desperately need someone who is not afraid to get in the face of this team and pull a "dawkins", "ray lewis" type of deal on the sideline and the field.

we are too laid back, and it goes along with the other thread about not allowing discipline. b/c we also have a situation i believe where guys know that their jobs are safe no matter what, so when things go bad there's that "aw, darn" attitude and then go right back out and not change.

i think that is more frustrating than any scores or stats, it's the mentality and attitude of the team.

I'm listening to the post game show on the Ticket and a calleer just reminded the audience of the Buffalo sports writer that told Dallas to "get ready for a lazy, undiscliplined team" with the hiring of Wade Phillips. I had forgotten all about that, but I think he was right...
