I met and talked football with Garrett a few years ago, when he was still the offensive coordinator, while I respected his knowledge of the game, I came away thinking that he was not very good with player/coach relations. Either I was dead wrong, or he has come a long way in that area. I have a new found respect for him. He seems to be pushing all the right buttons. Go Cowboys.
