On that 4th down play why is Bland so far off, and 59 is late due to being out of position. Why was Elam on the field on the most important drive. Nothing good happens when he's involved on the play.

There's nothing they do well. They were getting gashed in the run game with Dowdle having over a dozen 7+ yard runs, and Young was 3 for 3 on 20+ yard pass attempts with 2 TDs.

I don't know what they can do at this point. The Panthers OL was simply beating the Cowboys DL all day. Their TEs were taking out he Cowboys DEs which allowed their linemen to double team the DTs and get upfield to take out the LBs.
