Please enough on Shannahan this guy has been named the HC of every opening since he got fired. Key word fired. Please the guy seems to be satisfied sitting out next year. After all he does get paid regardless by Denver.
The league needs to continue the trend of hiring fresh new young coaches. Let the old coaches be assistance coaches. The new breed of players relate more to the younger coaches.
I would like for Frazier from the Vikings to coach Dallas. I know Jerry would never do that. But, I can wish.
Old coach? Leslie Frazier over Mike Shannahan? What's Frazier going to do for this team? T.O would fold him up like a lawn chair, better yet a silk scarf. Is Frazier going to get Romo to reach his potential? Other than Elway, Shannahan has helped dorks be productive at the most important position on the field. Don't get me started on running the ball. Players don't relate or listen to Shanny? Check the sig and look at Champs face.
2 super bowls and other than Belichick has the best track record of any other coach doing the job today or who could be a candidate to do the job again. Brandon Marshall is one of the sloppiest pricks this league has to offer on a player conduct stand point but Shanny has straightened that bum out the last few seasons ad he's turning out to be one of the better players. Jerry lets Kansas City get Shanny, I'm going to rip the ashphalt out of that new stadiums parking lot. Jerry better get his mind right and put stat puff marshmellow man where he belongs at DC. If Shanny sits the year so be it, Jerry can't do anything bout that, but if he wants to coach don't hesitate.
I do believe Shanny wants to take the year off and it would probably benefit him. If that's the case, this boy crush on Garrett being the HC needs to be excercised this year and gotten over with. We're not winning a SB and maybe not even a playoff game with Wade holding the reigns. I also think Red has a good personality and some leadership skills but we're talking about a guy who learned from Bill Walsh in comparison to Norv Turner and that was more so because he learned playing backup QB. I know Norv Learned from Ernie Zampese but Garrett don't have any Zampese in that offense. Ernie ran the ball. This junk about guys like Leslie Frazier and Herm Edwards as even a thought here as opposed to a Mike Shannahan, who coached a team for over a decade, is out to lunch. Gruden is young, I don't hear you guys bring his name up. I'm not saying he's the fit, Shanny is, but he's more of a fit than those shlups I'm hearing about.
