Guys, I mostly browse without posting. But come on. Steve Smith had the same injury and missed more than two weeks. Take a breath, the media is just trying to stir things up by reporting on TO missing practice when there are others going through the same thing.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- All-Pro receiver Steve Smith returned to practice with the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday, more than two weeks after straining his left hamstring.

Smith, who practiced with the first-team during the morning session, had been out since pulling up with injury on a long passing route on the first day of training camp July 29. He's been riding a stationary bike and doing agility drills on the sidelines during practice.
It remained unclear if Smith will play in Saturday's preseason game at Jacksonville.
Smith led the NFL with 103 catches for 1,563 yards and 12 touchdowns last season in helping Carolina reach the NFC Championship Game.
Smith was the dominant option for the Panthers in the passing game, with no other receiver catching more than 25 passes. Carolina addressed that issue by signing veteran Keyshawn Johnson after he was released by Dallas.
Johnson had two catches for 27 yards in the Panthers' 14-13 win over Buffalo last weekend.
