To be honest LVE served the Cowboys . At the very least they got some LB out of him where as other # 1’s were complete reaches out of position desperation and are or were busts .

I don’t want to make this a LVE thing but it amazes how overrated his was.

Even more than this he called the ddfense and led the Zimmer scheme stuff which sufferend no real busts in week 1.
Zimmer has a zillion looks so that is to be taken very seriously.
