Eric Kendricks had a monster game

You mean when he was All Pro in his rookie year before his injury and chased down everything in sight and didn't yet miss tackles? Or you mean after he was injured and stunk?
yeah but as our players tend to do, they get us hype, only to be injured duds!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Consistency!!! What the hell good is it if he is great against a team that isn't really challenging? We play against someone who is, and he's inconsistent??? Uhhh
why are you hand wringing over something that hasn't happened yet? jesus christ.

Kendricks had a great game but he left the game unsatisfied saying he can be better. I want to see what that looks like.

Rookie year was very good downhill thereafter.

Kendricks was fantastic and he is showing what a solid all round good prepared LB looks like. He was a great pick up and a great player on a great contract. The issue is that we are broke and need to rely on a 32 year old to hard carry the LB corp. We are still the same team. Paper thin. What happens when Parsons slows down and does not single handedly destroy the other team. What happens when our 32 year old hard carry LB starts to show his age. What happens when all we have left are 2 super stars on offense and a hand full of minimum contract guys. That is when I will be watching closely. That is what I am interested to see.

I remember when everyone thought LVE was good. Now people see what real LB play looks like.
Exactly!!!
We haven't seen great LB play since LVE's rookie season (except when we play the Niners and others, lol).
Kendricks was a beast. He attacks the LOS, has great instincts and always seems to be aroud the ball.
What a pleasure to watch.
Honestly reminded me of what Warner does for the Niners (in one game at least).
He understands Zims game plan and executes it. The defensive leader we desperately needed.

I expect it from Kendricks. That guy was always a good player. What surprised me was Overshown. He was my pet cat this year but I thought it would take a few games. That guy balled out. He is lean but plays heavy. Uses his length really well to gain leverage. He can really fly and finish. I don’t like him as a gap filling MLB type but off the ball go and hunt I love him. He will also be good in coverage too. What a great debut and Kendricks is a real pro to learn from.

Excellent job tracking down the ball that Micah Parsons tipped

The bottom line is that this D was fun to watch Sunday. Let's hope they can keep it up..............

What a breath of fresh air. Fast linebackers that can cover and tavkle

He's great until we play a better offense and he makes some mistakes and he's no longer great
Coogs shame on you for utilizing critical thinking!

Every single week we are going to face teams without 2 of their starting lineman, starting RB and one of the statistically worst QBs in the league.

I'd base the entire season season merely on one game.....but thats just the optimist in me. I can only live in the moment and never think about next week

I knew he had a good game but damn, not this good.......

Kendricks did indeed my friend, and what is exciting is that we have a contributing cast of players like Kendricks and Overshown that enables MP to be a ninja assasin from wherever he so may choose.
Let the Lion roam freely now.
