Merriman is still living off the 17 sack season. Give Ware another year and 15 sacks and more stellar play as a complete OLB and I'd say that Ware will be seen as the best player of this draft.

I can't believe we got so lucky. Ware wasn't even on my radar.

Guess that's how much I know about scouting. :( :)

Whats it been, 7 seasons for Alexander? Thats not unusual for a RB to get worn out that gets the number of touches that he has gotten. And he was never the type of runner that necessarily went looking for contact.
This is what scares me about Barber. He hasn't gotten near the number of rushing attempts that an Alexander has, season-to season, but MBIII is always looking for contact.
And now that his carries per game is going to escalate this season, unless he drastically changes his physical style, he is going to wear down.
