Can't say I like this draft at all

1. Whitner
2. D. Joseph
3. J. Scott
5. Brent Hawkins, Hybrid, Ill. St. ?????
6. Josh Lay, CB, Pitt
7. Jeff King, TE, VaTech

Don't mind Joseph and Scott, in the 2nd and 3rd .
Barf on Whitner at 18.

I agree. Give me a Lawson/Carpenter/Wimbley at #18 instead of Whitner and I would be happy.

Outside of Jimmy Williams and Michael Huff, I don't see a S that I would use the #18 pick on.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Shall I vomit now or later?

It is bad when your second and fifth picks are the only two that are even semi-exciting.

Hawkins is the guy I have had my eye on in 5 (thus my Cromartie article). This guy could be a nice developmental OLB opposite Ware. The production cannot be denied.

I think mocks are trying to fill a "need" with a player of that position. Dallas is in a position of strength after yesterday's signing. They have no position that they "HAVE" to draft.

Carp/Wimb/Law 1st for me
and then Joseph and Scott.
NO way can we afford to get out of the 1st 2 rounds without an OLB especially since we have depth at FS now.
