San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith pleaded no contest to three felony counts of possessing illegal assault rifles and misdemeanor DUI on Wednesday in Santa Clara County Superior Court.

Nuisance?? More like a terrorist in training. Guy is a danger to himself and anyone around him, not just because of the guns but due to his poor decision making.
