ESPN Analytics: Cowboys win the division

It doesn't make much sense from what we've seen so far. This could be some sort of gambling conspiracy to get people to drop lots of cash on Dallas. Or at the very least it's yet another example of using the Cowboys to get clicks.
or a 3rd possibility--it's merely a reflection of how absolutely putrid the NFC East is this year.

maybe the worst division, top to bottom, in a long time in the NFL.

If they make the playoffs. It means the defense is playing better. So it will not be the same defense we are seeing now.
So you would rather make the playoffs, and get embarassed than not?

I can promise you, the defense playing "better" wont matter against San Fran, LA, or any of the current NFC teams that Dallas would be playing.

If you are wondering what the alternative is. Ill tell you.

This team to get absolutely embarassed all year to the point where they start getting flexed out of primetime games.

Thats when change happens.

This year has proven 2 things correct.

BS doesnt belong in the NFL as a HC.
Jerry STILL cant put together a winning NFL team or culture after 30 years of failing at reproducing what Jimmy did.

Winning that SB with Switzer was the WORST thing to happen to this franchise.

ESPN Analytics gives the Cowboys a 63% chance at winning the NFC East. They are one of four teams with a better than 60% chance of winning the division. San Francisco (89%), Jacksonville (87%) and Kansas City (79%) are the others. They have combined for just three losses; the Cowboys are 2-3.

No how, no way. This team and franchise will never win anything of consequence ever again.

Stopped reading after the bold.
YES, I would rather make the playoffs than miss. What kind of a question is that.
FANS want to make the playoffs.

Just one thing though...thats how good that team was that jimmy built. The Players won it despite switzer....it wasnt the best team of the 3 rings (the first one was) but a measurement of what really could have been if Jimmy stayed a few more years.....

Make the playoffs with a losing record possibly and probably because the rest of the division is even worse.....nah I dont like backing into the playoffs because everyone else looses.......but jerry would run this as a successful season.

No they dont.

Fans understand the long game.

Im sure you will be super happy when SF dismantles this team, we have a lower pick, and you can say. IM A BETTER FAN THAN YOU.

You will be happy if that happens. So you can pat yourself on the back to say I told you so.
You rather they lose to be right, than win to be wrong.

No.

Id rather they earn my fandom.

They did nothing to earn all of the money Ive spent on supporting them the last 35 years or so.

So its time they earn it back.

Like ive said countless times.

I am waiting for them to prove me wrong.

So far ive been right about.

HC, OC, LB, CB, and pass rush.

I wasnt in this forum all off season bragging about how good they were and all the great moves they did

So in other words, you are not a fan until the win.
That is called a fair weather fan.

No. I was a fan.

GB 2023 made me a bitter fan.

I was the one here defending this team tooth and nail for years.

After GB and the subsequent no moves from Jerry.

Yeah. I became bitter and now say they need to prove it on the field instead of in front of a microphone.

Sue me

What odds does the referee's association give them? That's what I want to know...

Just what Jerry wants. Hope. Honestly does he still fool you dummies every year? Every week? Idk how he does it. He’s either a marketing genius or our fans have an IQ around 60
