ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer will not play Sunday against the St. Louis Rams as he continues to suffer from a sore left knee. Spencer missed the season opener against the New York Giants but was able to play in a backup role against the Kansas City Chiefs last week. He practiced only on Thursday on a limited basis.
