I think this writer failed to point out that Romo won't have T.O. pouting, "get me the ball, get me the ball" when he doesn't throw to him. Thus, less pressure will be put on getting it to numero uno, aka me likes me some me, and more focus can be put on Romo just making plays.
That was always his strongpoint, I think. He never had to get it to one guy to succeed. Romo is one of the best in the NFL at utilizing all of his weapons.

Unfortunately, he will still have a diva WR pouting when he doesn't get the ball enough.
Anyone who thinks that Roy E Williams does not expect to be the "focal point" of the offense, and that he will just stay quiet even if he doesn't feel "involved enough" in the offense is kidding themselves IMO.
It has already been reported from the OTAs that on at least one occasion he raised a bit of a fuss when Tony threw the ball to Witt, but Roy thought he was open. Apparently he ran back to the huddle waving his arms and yelling "yeee-yeeee" to signify his frustration.
OF course, old Roy publicly criticised the coaches more than Terrell did after last season as well.
The offense may well be just fine without Terrell, as long as Felix, Austin, Bennett, Hurd and a few other young players can step up like I think they can, and if JG can adjust his offensive scheme to better fit the personnel......but to say that they won't have any "distraction" issues now that Terrell us gone, as many have said, is being awfully optimistic IMHO.
