making a mockery of us because Pee Wee Herman visited our training camp. Why the hell was he there anyway??? The whole thing is just odd.

How so?

we deserve it. isn't he a pedophile? this is exactly what jerry wanted anyways.

Of course, the Cowboys have been pretty quiet so far so ESPN needs to find anything to report on

I thought it was a joke when I first saw it on Twitter. There were some really funny jokes going around relating to his indecent exposure charge years ago.

is there any way for the mods to add ESPN to the naughty language filter?

i seriously feel ill every time i see those 4 letters:espn:

well after thinking about it, I did edit that out. I guess the Cowboys can have anyone they want visiting training camp but talk about setting yourself up for BSPN fodder.

However, if their decision to roll out the red carpet to him doesn't leave you scratching your head, I don't know what to tell you. Unless you are Pee Wee Herman.

Locating the missing bike in the basement of the Alamo?

How this is news worthy on ESPN is beyond me, but it is the Cowboys so....

why should they be left out of the fun?

No kidding. Did the OP expect them to report it as a straight news story or something? The whole thing was weird.

I don't think they rolled out the red carpet for him. They were just being cordial to a guest, something the Cowboys are famous for - being very fan and celebrity friendly.

I'm the OP and said the whole thing is odd, which I think is pretty close to weird???

They made fun of the Yankees when Lady Blah Blah was at one of their games acting stupid.

Paparazzi reporting has become vogue.
