IRVING, Texas – Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter will miss his third straight game Sunday because of a quadriceps strain, but he said he expects to play on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” on Oct. 27 against the Washington Commanders. Carter went through his most extensive rehab day since getting hurt Sept. 28 against the New Orleans Saints, running through linebacker drills off to the side on Friday.
