IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys officially ruled out linebacker Bruce Carter (quad) for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. Carter, who was injured in last week's victory over the New Orleans Saints, is expected to miss 10 to 14 days. Defensive tackle Henry Melton, who was limited in practice this week with a hamstring injury, is listed as questionable. He's expected to play in a limited fashion like he did last week against the Saints.
