The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced the 15 finalists on Thursday night. Defensive end Charles Haley, who won three Super Bowls with the Cowboys, was named a finalist for the fifth time. Haley recorded double-digit sack years six times and was a two-time All Pro and five-time Pro Bowler. It was Haley's move to the Cowboys from the 49ers that shifted the balance of power in the NFC in the 1990s.
